		<description>Jude, Thanks for commenting. Relationshop and the Growth and Communication program were two of the best things I ever did. I wish they were still available. I would retake both. To answer your question, I say YES! Absolutely. The workshop helped me. It opened my mind to a lot of different things. If you haven&#039;t already, read the two other posts that I wrote about Relationshop. The links are in this post. It would probably be pretty cheap to get a couple of old mattresses and set them up somewhere.</description>
