Wow, but, if you look at it even closer, there are 3 principles and 2 assistant principals at Schuylerville.  That means for every 207 children there is at least one principal.  NY State law does not require that many assistant principals, it is optional. I know they are directly involved with the students, but, add up that salary level.  Thanks-</description>

There is no reason in the world why the Schuylerville school district, with only 1862 students, should have the most highly compensated school superintendent out of 91 school districts in an 11-county area. According to what I have read, Schuylerville has a teacher student ratio of 12.7 to 1. I think we could probably squeeze a few more students into a few classrooms. Where does Schuylerville rank in New York state anyway?</description>
